As part of my succession plan I have handed over the operative responsibility for HighStep Systems to Nicolaj Waelli.
After more than ten years of exciting challenges as founder, owner and CEO simultaneously, I am delighted to welcome Nicolaj Waelli, a seasoned professional, as reinforcement of HighStep Systems. Nicolaj Waelli has a long track record in international business of industrial products and is highly committed to customer delight.
From my side, I will remain attached to the business as President of the Board as well as technical advisor of HighStep Systems.
